yeah cases were pretty much exactly same as the 09 load, the advertised speed at the ADI max load is 2650 fps which is not good IMO

Got some 2208 off me mate with the primers. ADI says 35.8 max for 140g bullet. I loaded some up at 40g same seating as i use with the 2209 and well.........

yeah they support all we do and want us to take charge of the precision rifle gig, it is 10 mins from my house

had to give it a good clean, accuracy was not good, obviously the stainless match barrel on the 7mm was much better in that regard as it did not get dirty....

was 370 and pretty light, 1 inch tube 4-12x40

All fitted and dialled in, much better glass, turrets are still kinda mushy tho with not very positive clicks but whatever it is what it is

Got a new scope for it, vortex diamond back 4-12×40 with dead hold reticle. The simmons is ok, holds zero but yeah ....

Not sure on the lapua app but the hornady app needs the axial form factor (whatever that is...) to be set but you need to gather info on dial up at various...

The hornady 30g mag are rated at 2100fps they shoot real nice for me, i pulled the high one...

the helmet is fully adjustable so you can move it farther from your face as I have done, they are very comfortable and easy to use

yeah mate tried all that, nil stock as savage changed the pin/firing pin due to breakages I can only assume. A mate had a guy and has made me a new one...

the bolt head pin snapped, once the hole is drilled for the firing pin it has bugger all meat and obviously was an issue for them to change it

it depends how much dial up you have left after your 100 ( or whatever you zero is) with my Howa with a std base I had to dial up 12 mils to get a 100...

SD of those shots is 6.3748638329684, not bad

case prep is very important to get right, also a good set of dies and a good scale, electronic is a bit easier to use than the balance beam type
