Sounds like a really nice quick scrub gun. Love the 44/40. Mate has the Winchester golden commemorative model 94.

      In the safe you will find 2 x 1894 30-30's, 2 x 1892 44-40's, 1 x 1892 32-20, 1 x 1885 25-20SS, and a Erma-Werke .22wmr.

I'm still after a Rossi .357mag for fun as the above winchesters are mostly collectables.
      Formally know as 462......

Just have one, a Henry Big Boy .357 which I will put an Aimpoint Micro on as soon as my Henry rail arrives.
Very happy with it. Real good quality and feel straight out of the box. No need to do any extra work on it.

I have 2, one is a Marlin GBL in 45-70, the other is a BL22 Browning.
I sold my marlin 1894 in 44 mag a year or so ago.

Just two, both perfect for what they are:

              1. Short range scrub buster Marlin 336W with TRS-25 Red Dot on it.

              2. Fun plinker/small game destruction Marlin 39A. Nineteen rounds of pure joy.
