FUN TIMES


I was invited to be part of some AR15 training today at Belmont. So I got to put 50 rounds through a new AR, shot some pump action shotgun.
I also ran the Coonan on full power loads, everything from 25m to 200m. I simply cant believe the accuracy of the Coonan.
I was hitting the rams at 200m standing two handed no problems. I was holding only a few inches over the ram and it was donging regularly. easily 3 or 4 times per mag. I simply couldnt believe it!!

With the lil charger Archangle I was also hitting on the 200m ram with ease. 8 or 9 out of 10 and not going too slow. I was having to hold roughly 1m high over the ram for the hit. The remington golden bullets ran well, but was told about them causing damage to the action, so after seeing some pitting after only 1000 rounds through it, I wont be running those bucket of boolits again. Shame as i have a very full bucket letf. Will have to leave them to use in a bolt action or lever action 22.
