  • Anyone else loves 32s

…and now for something different – here is my Colt Police Positive 32 cal.
I always wanted a 32 revolver just for fun. I was hoping for a S&W M31 but this one come up and I could not resist it. I believe this one was made in the early 30s. Anyone else likes the 32 Revolver?

    Here's mine
    S&W Mod 16-4 H&R Magnum original 6'' I used it when I was shooting ISSF until I got a 32 in a S/A
I don't shoot ISSF now so I had it made into a 25 service gun
Put an original S&W 4'' barrel stamped 32 Magnum in it and had a full service done
    shoots like a dream.
On the other hand there is a mod 31 on used guns $1600

      Very cool model 16!

      I have 3 x 32's.
2x Walther GSP, one for ISSF, the other tricked out for Service Unrestricted.
My model 16-4 is pristine, with box, just too good to shoot!

      Thanks,

One of the club guns I learned on is an old S&W in .32long and it is very pleasant to shoot and surprisingly accurate with wadcutter loads.

Yes, .32Long. But only because I'm not about to pay $90 for the one of the only two boxes of 7.62x38R known to exist lol

Don't go looking at LTC then or you'll probably cry; they had a bit of it on sale over there the last time I looked, and a hell of a lot cheaper than 90 bucks a box too! Pity that all the permits, dangerous goods shipping etc would end up costing you $190 a box to bring it in...
