  • Looking for 303/25 Brass

    Hi,
As the tittle suggests I am on the lookout out for some 303/25 brass as its rather scarce in central west NSW,
    Any suggestions?

I could Make some for you out of .303 brass... stuff can be a pain to get at times over here though. You can always just order a forming die, Simplex still make one I believe.

Not sure about posting brass from LAFO to LAFO, if you can find anyone heading from SA to Central NSW then I'd make you 50-100 for a carton or something like that..

Still be cheaper to just get the forming Die, bag of 50 cases is $47, so that's 1.06 $/Case so a saving of 31cents per case over the bertram stuff, if you were to make 200 cases you would save $60, more than enough to cover the cost of the forming die I should think! If not just make 300 Cases to cover the cost!

Scratch that, Turns out Bertram can be had for as cheap as 1.10 per case... http://www.allthingsshooting.com.au/product/Bertram30325

If you are looking for cases you should have all you need to form from 303 brass. I go straight from 303 to 303/25. No problems.
I use Hornady One shot lube.

If you reload I don't understand why you wouldn't form yourself. If you have a fl die you can go straight from 303 to 303/25.
