      I'm 75 apparently! - who knew 75 yr olds are getting layed 4 times a week! bring on 80 - I need a rest! :lol:

        Im younger then 20 apparently.... looks like I will have terrible insurance premiums for at least another 5 years.... dammit!!!

              The power of affirmation allows us to achieve great things.

              Give up smoking
              Give up wrong / bad food
              Bad relationships too
              The list is endless.

              Research how easy it is to change and or create bad /. new habits etc.

              The greatest con is the media who highlight how tough it is to change and sadly we believe it cuz if it's in the paper or on TV it must be true.

              Giving up smoking is tougher than giving up addiction to heroin?
              That's what the media tells us!

              If you learn to control your mind you can achieve wonderful things.

              But you won't know until you try.

              Most people are scared to give up smokes.
              Why?
              The media etc says it's tough and the sheeple believe what they read without questioniung!

              We are not single celled creatures - we possess power and intelligence!
              We just need to learn how to use it!

              THE POWER OF POSITIVE AFFIRMATION may be a solution.
