  • Drop bear

This is a drop bear found in a pine plantation on a forum members farm. It was a hard kill. 28 rifle bullets and about 30 12gauge rounds. The boys mother was not impressed when they ran screaming for their caravan.

Great to see the kids having a ball, but please confirm that there was adult supervision.

Some junior adults of times gone by were known to shoot locusts with the sluggy too --- hits were unconfirmed as locusts were thicker than fleas on a long haired dog.
Some of us was real Mavericks before Maverick was even heard of, or even TV for that matter.
Lets not go silly now in this PC world we lived in better times --and had more harmless fun --well most times it was harmless -- if not we still have the scars to prove the difference between harmless and out right dumb.

      good clean fun.

if you want to gore it up a bit, put an old tin of peeled tomatoes inside it and then have a go.

One less drop bear to deal with I suppose.

The kids never carried firearms..only us adults. They posed for the photo with unloaded rifles as well after helping scrape up the remains.
        Working...
