  • A few deer questions

    Hey guys

    Was at a property today in tallarook state forest and came across these, is it deer doing it??? And also what deer is likely to be in the area.... And can anyone give me some general deer hunting tips for when i get my game licemce, already know the basics hunting teqniques like stay down wind, use your nose etc just wondering If there's any tips specifically for deer

    I have seen a few deer rubs but that seems a bit severe for deer. IT is also very low to the ground. All the rubs I have seen have been a bit higher on the tree.
    "He got the whole nine yards" - as it happens World War II (1939–1945) aircraft machine gun belts (US 50 cal) were nine yards long.
