nothing flash, just 3 Billy goats I got today.
little buggers were sneaking through the fence and getting to the in-laws hay stack.
these escaped a couple of years ago from the in-laws property, when they were little.
so the father in law said 'if you see 'em,....drop 'em'.
    so I did.
lucky I had a boom stick with me at the time.

      I throw sub-moa rocks

If you heard the shot, you weren't the target

        Gday,

Since we are in the mood of putting up goat pics here are a couple of mine fro, 2011 & 2012.....

First one is a 30" shot by me with my x-bolt .308win... 150gr Accubonds from about 120m if I remember.

Second one is a 35 and 3/4 my best buddy shot- team effort as we always only take one rifle and binos when we hunt. One spot, one shoots...

        Enjoy...

P.S Obviously the next shot was mine and I dropped this nice boar on the way back to camp!!!!

        cheers..

I have a few from recent years

this one looks like a gut shot but the shot was taken from its right flank and behind angling across through its vitals. Gushing blood it all but stopped in its tracks . I had already shot its mate but it had continued to drink until it noticed its mate on the deck beside it . She never heard the shot but realised later something was wrong but it was all too late

just quietly Ive shot over 150 goats in the forests in recent years lucky to be 20 pigs thou

Mate that was only half of the mob... Surprisingly I estimated that there was not a head better than 30 inch in the mob........We let these blokes be.
