dice 1kg of diced pork neck (you can use beef or venison)
dice 1 large brown onion and 4 coves of garlic.
get a large saucepan screaming hot and brown it all with a splash of olive oil and some salt.
add about 4-5 tablespoons of mild/hungarian style paprika, 1/3 jar of tomato paste, salt & pepper to taste and a red capsicum de-seeded and diced.
then just cover with beef stock, bring to boil and then simmer for 2 hours.
i serve with homemade spaetzle, but pasta/rice/gnocchi is good too
