Was wondering how much a B709 form for ammo and shipping roughly from the us would cost for ammo if it was roughly 100 rounds.
Polish Mosin Nagant M44 7.62x54r Radom 1952 manufacture
    Brno model 2 1974 manufacture

    One word 'Timshel'.

Your going to need more then just a B709.

It'll be cheaper buying the ammo here in Aus from a LGS.

Im thinking of 7.62x54r etc when all milsurp bullets are used up and commercial ammo is $25 for 20

I'd imagine it would be rather expensive for small quantities - as Skip said probably cheaper to buy here. Not to mention there are only a few ships that are registered to carry explosives and only deliver a 1 or 2 times a year from what I've heard.

Would be interesting to find out how it all works though.

With what I know about air freight costs from the USA, and landed costs here, and ITAR controls, That is if the seller will do the US export licence for you, even if its only a small quantity of DG, you'd be up for over USD$1000.

Best advice is to get a friend to bring it back for you as checked luggage. However, yit will still need to be verified whether the airline will accept the ammo as checked luggage, and if you need the US export licence for ammo costing under USD$100.

Its not worth it with the export licenses from the USA costing so much to get for almost any common caliber. If you can buy it reliably over here you won't be saving money bringing it over from the states, of course if you're importing some of the really rare calibers it might be worth it.
Always in need of just one more gun.
